Jade McFarlane-Rowtham

Jade McFarlane-Rowtham assists employers on a range of workplace and compliance matters. Her work includes drafting employee handbooks, workplace policies, severance agreements, and employment agreements. Jade provides practical, business-oriented guidance while continuing to build her expertise in employment counseling under the mentorship of Stanton Law’s senior employment partner.

Before becoming an Associate, Jade served as the firm’s 2024-25 Law Clerk, where she developed a strong foundation in employment law. She earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where she attended the evening program while working full-time, and holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Georgia State University.

Originally from London, England, Jade now calls Atlanta home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crocheting, ice-skating, and spending time with her dog, Theo, and cat, Kai.
