Stanton Law LLC is proud to announce that David W. Adams is joining the firm to lead its transactional practice.
David brings years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, expansions, financing transactions, and financial institutions law to Stanton Law.
His practice will expand Stanton Law’s offerings to include transactional services to current and new clients.
David, who is the fourth attorney to join the mid-sized firm since March, was attracted to Stanton Law’s emphasis on work-life balance and the opportunity to build a practice that meets both his personal and professional goals.
David most recently practiced in Arnall Golden Gregory’s Atlanta office, where he completed over 30 mergers and acquisitions for various professional service businesses. In addition, during his career, David has also completed hundreds of commercial real estate financing transactions including infrastructure, leasing, and construction projects.
Having worked at an internet startup, David also counsels clients on data security, cyber risk, and compliance with federal and state consumer and financial protection laws and regulations. David’s practice also includes financial institution regulatory compliance, state and federal securities law registrations, equity and debt offerings, joint ventures, and problem asset resolution for mid-sized local and regional financial institutions and other businesses.
Numerous fintech, banking, and business journals have published David’s work, and he frequently lectures on financial institution law, commercial real estate and corporate law.
