It’s always hard to say goodbye to a valued team member at Stanton Law, but we’re so excited that Heather Obelgoner will begin clerking for Georgia Supreme Court Justice Carol Hunstein this August. Congratulations Heather!

Heather just finished law school at Georgia State, graduating magna cum laude while working with the Stanton Law team. She not only assisted our attorneys with a wide variety of legal work, but she also played a key role in business management. (We did help her earn an A in employment law!) Heather’s paralegal and entrepreneurial background really sets her apart, as does the enthusiasm she brings to every project. These are great attributes that will make her an invaluable member of Justice Hunstein’s staff.

“Heather has such a strong work ethic, with a commitment to the goals of the firm,” commented Todd Stanton, partner at Stanton Law. “We wish her well, and look forward to keeping track of her career. We hope that Heather will join the Stanton Law team in the future as an attorney.”

After taking the Georgia Bar Exam this summer, Heather will assist Justice Hunstein with conducting legal research, preparing bench memos, drafting opinions and orders, and other Georgia Supreme Court tasks.
