Erica McNicoll

Erica McNicoll is a dedicated member of the Stanton Law team, providing valuable support to firm’s principal and founder. Born and raised in California, Erica graduated from California State University, Northridge and is currently living in Nebraska.  She brings over 10 years of extensive executive administrative experience to the Stanton Law team. Her career path began in marketing, but she found her love and passion in serving others and helping businesses succeed, grow, and thrive.

Erica joined Stanton Law in 2021, where she continues to leverage her expertise in executive administrative support, ensuring the firms’ attorneys have the resources they need to achieve the best outcomes for their clients.

Outside of work, Erica is a proud wife and a mother of five children. She is passionate about being an advocate for the military community and actively serves at her church and various local initiatives. She loves to take her gigantic Great Dane, Castiel, out on long hikes and enjoys reading classic literature.
