Erica McNicoll

Erica McNicoll is a dedicated member of the Stanton Law team, providing invaluable support to the firm’s principal and founder. Born and raised in California, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. She married into the military and has moved nine times and now calls Nebraska home.

Erica brings over 15 years of executive administrative experience to Stanton Law. Her career began in marketing, but she found her true calling as a servant leader and helping businesses succeed and grow. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has leveraged that expertise to ensure the firm’s attorneys have the resources they need to secure the best outcomes for their clients.

Outside of work, Erica is a proud wife and mother of five ranging from college age to elementary age. She is a passionate advocate for the military community and stays active in her church, her children’s schools, and local community initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys long walks with her two Great Danes, Castiel and Pax, and losing herself in classic literature and movie nights with her family.
