Joe Gleason has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including class action cases, real estate disputes, product liability matters, breach of contract disputes, breach of warranty claims, health care matters, qui tam actions and even criminal investigations. He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the nation, at both the trial and appellate levels. He has also represented clients in numerous arbitrations and before various state and federal administrative agencies.

“While in law school, Joe served as an articles editor for the Georgia Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He also interned with the Honorable Willis B. Hunt, United States District Judge, Northern District of Georgia and with the Honorable James E. Graham, United States Magistrate Judge, Southern District of Georgia.

After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002, Joe began his legal career with Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta. He spent 12 years there as a litigator, and was elected partner in 2010. In 2014, Joe joined Heninger Garrison Davis LLC, a national trial firm. He spent a year there before opening his own practice in 2015.

When Joe isn’t working hard for his clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. Passionate about fostering dogs, Joe and his family have helped over 60 dogs get adopted in the last 5 years!
